 Appointment Guidelines:

 Patients are seen by appointment only. We appreciate and respect the value of your time, and with the exception of emergency situations, you can expect us to be on time for you. We will confirm your appointment one or two days prior to your scheduled visit.

There is no charge for rescheduling appointments provided 24-hour notice is given.
